Problem with iPad home screen shortcut access

We’ve purchased a single website license (non saas) for CanvasJS charts from your website (purchase date Sept. 11, order # 105691474245, user ID – umec).

After installing your product, everything seemed to work just fine.

But when we access our project website through a shortcut on the home screen of an iPad, there are ads displayed along the charts, as if we are using a trial version.

This does not happen in any other browsers or when we input the address of the website directly on the Safari browser on iPad.

The problem is that we must use the shortcut icon in order to display the website full screen without any scroll bars at the bottom of the screen.

Please give feedback ASAP since our whole project is on hold because of this issue.

(I’ve also sent an email to info@canvasjs.com with a screenshot of the problem)

    June,

We just tried the “commercial version” on iPad and it seems to be working fine. Please make sure that you are using the commercial version available here.

This might also be a caching issue where Safari has cached the “non-commercial” version of the library. Do try clearing the Safari Cache by going to Settings -> Safari -> “Clear History and Website Data”.

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

It seems the problem was caused by the Safari Cache.

    Have a nice day.
