legendMarkerColor Not updating after the dataPoints array reaches a certain size

We are in the evaluation phase of capabilities CanvasJS chart, and we are in the final phase of evaluation.
I found an issue with updating the legendMarkerColor . Please find the fiddle
http://jsfiddle.net/foy7bsx4/1/ . Its so strange to see that it starts working , if I remove one object from the dataPoints array; legendMarkerColor starts updating. Basically its a time series data , and we have ten thousands of points. I have limited the data array for testing purpose and found a threshold kind of data size.Could you please look into this .Please help me.

You can set markerSize to show legendMarker.
