    Hi,
I am having trouble rendering in IE8 and below using version 1.5. Tried several alternatives but no luck. So tried open your sample directly in IE8 which uses IE8 standards and even it didn’t render. Please find the URL below.

    Hi,
I too was able to reproduce the problem with the sample above using Windows 8.1 and IE 11 set to IE 8 Document Mode Emulation. This is also causing my chart in my application not to render as well. I need to support IE 8. Here is the console log information:

    HTML1300: Navigation occurred.
    File: editor
    SCRIPT16389: Unspecified error.
    File: canvasjs.min.js, Line: 379, Column: 340
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property ‘appendChild’ of undefined or null reference
    File: canvasjs.min.js, Line: 65, Column: 38
