Formatting on a DataSeries Segment

Is it possible to format a segment of a given dataseries differently to the rest of the dataseries. E.g. if a dataSeries is coloured blue, then when the dataseries values exceeds a threshold value, colour only the segments of the line chart that exceeds the threshold red and increase the line width for those segments. Same thing when the value drops below a set minimum value. Is that possible?
