Different grid color for specific index

How to give different grid color for specific index? for example I want different color for horizontal grid line only for index 40 on YAxis.

It is not possible to set color for individual grid lines.

What about different colors for individual labels in a column chart where labels are shown on the x-axis? I want to show a column chart of winners and losers (positive and negative values) and want the winners’ names in green and the losers’ names in red. I see I can use label font color to color the whole axis, but can I use different colors for individual labels?

Though it is not possible to color individual labels, you can highlight selected columns using index labels.
